1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PlotMarker ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PlotMarker is a marketplace that connects customers with local service providers who deliver flowers, perform grave cleaning, and provide other memorial services at cemetery gravesites. PlotMarker facilitates orders between customers and providers but does not directly perform the services.

3. Orders and Payment

• All orders are subject to service provider availability and cemetery access policies.
• Prices include service fees and a platform fee. The total price is displayed before you confirm your order.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of order placement.
• Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

4. Service Fulfillment

• Services are fulfilled by independent local providers, not by PlotMarker directly.
• Providers will deliver services on or near the requested date, subject to cemetery hours, weather, and access conditions.
• Photo proof of delivery is provided for all completed orders when possible.
• Some cemeteries have seasonal flower policies (e.g., fresh flowers only during certain months). We enforce these policies at checkout and will notify you if restrictions apply.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

• You may cancel an order for a full refund if the provider has not yet accepted it.
• Once a provider has accepted an order, cancellation may result in a partial refund depending on the work already performed.
• If a provider is unable to fulfill your order, you will receive a full refund.
• Refund requests should be sent to support@plotmarker.com.

6. User Conduct

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when placing orders.
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
• Not misuse, interfere with, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
• Treat service providers with respect in all communications.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on PlotMarker, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of PlotMarker or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

PlotMarker acts as a marketplace facilitator. We are not responsible for the quality of services provided by independent providers, cemetery access restrictions, or weather-related delays. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
